Your Central Valley Regional Center
Valley Mountain Regional Center is one of California's 21 regional centers: nonprofit organizations working under contract with the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate and fund services for individuals with developmental disabilities. VMRC serves families throughout San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Amador, Calaveras, and Tuolumne Counties, with offices across the Central Valley.
Your VMRC Service Coordinator works with you to create an Individual Program Plan (IPP). Once support is part of that plan, you choose the provider who delivers it. That's where Feel At Home comes in.
Everything you need, through VMRC
You shouldn't have to piece together support from a menu of programs and providers. Utilizing the services available through VMRC, we build one plan that covers what you need:
Help with daily routines, meals, and keeping home life running smoothly.
Respectful assistance with self-care, always at your pace.
Cooking, budgeting, shopping, transportation, communication, and more.
Medication reminders, wellness check-ins, and safety support.
Outings, activities, and real connection in your community.
From a few hours a week up to 24/7, matched to your plan.
All support is individualized and coordinated with your VMRC Service Coordinator through your IPP. If you ever need something beyond our scope, we'll help connect you with the right resource.
