Have a current VMRC Purchase of Service (POS)
Live in an appropriate home setting in San Joaquin or Stanislaus County
Express a desire to participate in a supported living program

Require skilled nursing or intensive medical care
Display behaviors that pose a danger to themselves or others
Are in active psychosis or substance abuse
Are registered sex offenders or currently on parole/probation
